Terms of use and sale

These terms govern use of the Tiny Tech Works website and purchases made from HDI360, LLC under the Tiny Tech Works product brand. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity.
Products and seller
Tiny Tech Works provides downloadable digital products, including workflow kits, templates, guidance materials, and software-related resources. HDI360, LLC is the seller. No physical goods are shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Purchases and payment
Purchases are completed through secure third-party checkout providers. Current prices, currency, taxes, payment methods, and provider-specific checkout terms are displayed before payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Delivery
Digital delivery is governed by the Delivery Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and reviewing disclosed file, software, account, and system requirements before purchase.
License and permitted use
A purchase grants only the usage rights stated on the applicable product page or in the license included with the product. Unless expressly permitted, customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or make the product files available to others.
Refunds
Refunds and other purchase remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
Support
Product and purchase support is available at support@tinytechworks.com. Support does not include professional legal, financial, medical, employment, grant-award, or other regulated advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Customer responsibility
Products are tools and informational resources. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making decisions, meeting deadlines, complying with applicable rules, and determining whether a product is appropriate for their circumstances. No product guarantees a particular application, funding, employment, business, or financial outcome.
Website availability and changes
We may correct errors, update product descriptions, revise the website, or discontinue products. Changes do not remove rights already provided with a completed purchase unless required for security, law, or prevention of misuse.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the products unlawfully, or infringe the rights of HDI360, LLC or others.
